Saturday 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

LINDA FAORO'S UNIVERSE: Warm up and stretch the muscles through deep breathing and slow sequence of movements. Body Placement and lines: find the axis and overall body posture that includes an awareness of the energy that creates movement from the centre of the body towards the infinity, in order to extend the lines, hold the balance and "dance with your body ."  Technical and stylistic Eastern and Oriental isolation and layering work.  Across the floor: several combinations danced while traveling!  Practice learning a choreography 'on the spot' according to my inspiration of the day!

Saturday 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
ORIENTAL EGYPTIAN FAOROSTYLE CLASS:
Linda Faoro’s teaching is based on the ethics and the respect of Egyptian dance (arabesque turns, isolations, layering, drum solos, using props...). Her training in Ballet enriches and gives her a unique style. This class allows the dancers to be really aware of their lines to obtain a refined style, a dance with lightness, subtlety and grace.  In addition to the inescapable technical work, Linda Faoro advocates striving for a dance where the mind and body are connected so that belly dance transcends the dancer.  Remember, in its beginning, this dance from ancient Egypt was sacred...

Sunday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
JAZZ NEW SCHOOL COURSE FOR BELLYDANCERS:  “Jazz New School” is the name used to define Linda Faoro's style, which is based on both the rigorous techniques and academic knowledge of Jazz dance, and also draws its originality from a subtle fusion of different dance styles (modern / hip-hop /afro/ oriental ). This class offers tools for the "Middle Eastern / Oriental fusion" dancer to more deeply understand the style of Faoro BellyFusion.

Sunday 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
FAORO BELLYFUSION CLASS with an extra focus on the Afro / Hip-Hop influences:
First, warm up the deep muscles through quickly entering into dynamic movement, where the "tonics" muscles are engaged the most, and where we commit the maximum of our energy. Movements include waves, popping, Afro, and new styles, all mixed with the Middle Eastern gestures, of course!
